Refund policy
Thank you so much for buying The Value Investing Playbook. I really hope it helps you feel more confident and excited about investing.
Because this is a digital product (PDF + Excel sheets), once you download it, the files cannot be returned or deleted from your device. For this reason, most digital products do not offer refunds.
However, I want you to feel completely safe when buying from me.
If you are not satisfied with the Playbook for any reason, please contact me within 14 days from the date of purchase and I will be happy to give you a full refund — no difficult questions asked.
How to request a refund:
- Just send me a short email to [matthewlaw475@gmail.com]
- Write something simple like: “I would like a refund for The Value Investing Playbook – order #XXXX”
- I will reply within 1–2 business days and process your refund immediately.
Please note:
- You can request a refund only within 14 days after purchase.
- After 14 days, refunds are no longer possible.
- This policy applies only to purchases made directly through this Shopify store.
My goal is that you feel good about your purchase — whether you keep the Playbook or decide to ask for your money back. I truly want you to be happy.
